Executive Search Services
Under our contingency search program, search fees are payable by the employer only if a candidate is hired as a result of our referral.
Terms and Conditions
Contingency Search Fee : If the candidate accepts employment with your company or any of its affiliates as a direct or indirect result of our referral, a placement fee of a percentage of the candidate's first year compensation will be charged.
Payment Terms : Our invoice will be sent upon the candidate's acceptance of your company's employment offer, and will be payable within 20 days of his or her start.
Guarantee : If the placed candidate terminates or is terminated from his or her position for any reason other than lack of work within thirty (30) days of his or her start date, HMR Search will find a suitable replacement within a reasonable period of time following the termination for no additional fee.
