Job Description: This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated leaders with Food and Beverage experience that are ready to take that next step in their Hotel career to an Assistant General Managers position.

It is our action plan to hire six (6) Assistant General Managers in the next 6-9 months and after approximately a two year AGM training period they will be ready to be promoted to a General Managers position at one of our properties..

We are a Full Service company with Marriott's as well as other Full Service Branded flags in our portfolio. We are seeking leaders that have demonstrated the ability to drive Customer Service satisfaction, Maximize Food and Beverage revenue , adhere to budgeted expenses, exhibit good decision making skills and provide an environment where hotel team members can achieve their career growth interests.

This AGM position will assist the General Manager with the day to day operations of the hotel with a personal emphasis and responsibility for Food and Beverage. This position will report directly to the General Manager.  A 4 year College degree or a 2 year Culinary degree is required. Full Relocation and a yearly 25% Bonus is part of the initial very lucrative Compensation package.
