Job Description:  We are seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager with hospitality experience for our prestigious hotel in Anchorage, Alaska. This Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for soliciting new Catering accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing Clients to meet and/or exceed Food and Beverage revenue goals.  Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.

We would like this candidate to have a thorough knowledge of Catering and Special Events. Ability to compile measurable data and produce reports. Have excellent Organizational skills, problem solving, interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast faced environment.

Terrific Bonus/Commission Plan of up to 1% of Catering Sales. Could end up conservatively $12,000 to $15,000 per year. For more information call HMR Search toll free @ 877-230-9800.
