Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager (Sales Account Manager ) to penetrate the Corporate Group and Business Association market. Our Full Service 200 plus room hotel runs a high occupancy and is a Major Flagged property that most every Sales person would be proud to represent.

This Candidate should be able to develop a strong relationship within the Corporate Group and Business Association market within a short period of time because of our quality and preferred product. This Senior Sales Manager would report directly to the General Manager and would work in concert with the Sales team to implement and execute an aggressive and concise sales action plan by active sales solicitation. Enhance and deepen the relationships with the assigned target accounts, new company accounts, corporate travel professionals and agents. 

The Candidate should have a high degree of integrity and 4 years current experience prospecting and selling to the Corporate Group and Business Association market. Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both oral and written. Focused customer qualifying and business negotiation expertise. Professional credentials and a personal style that will open doors at the top of potential customer organizations.
