#25274 Executive Chef

Job Description:  We are currently seeking a seasoned Executive Chef for our legendary Hotel.  We would like our Executive Chef to have creative flare with an eye for detail. Will be responsible for the back of the house operations including Banquets and Room Service operations. Responsible for directing and organizing department to maintain highest quality standards in our three Restaurants plus substantial banquet space while remaining financially focused.

Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale hotel or conference Center of similiar quality. Must have strong financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, P&L etc. Solid associate relations and leadership skills including the ability to lead, motivate and hold others accountable.  Must be professional, results oriented, creative and highly motivated with demonstrated culinary achievements. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented a must.
