Job Description: We are seeking a Managing Director for two Quality properties in Houston, TX.  This Candidate would be responsible for a total Guest Room count exceeding 850 Guest rooms and 60,000 square feet of excellent Meeting and Function space. The Managing Director must have a proven track record of success and a solid knowledge of Food & Beverage as well as a thorough understanding of Sales and Revenue Management.

The Managing Director functions as the Primary Strategic Business leader of the Hotel with responsibility for all aspects of both properties including Guest and Associate satisfaction, Human Resources, Financial Performance,  Sales and Revenue generation and Owner Relations. The Managing Director builds Owner allegiance through pro-active communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results. 

The Managing Director plays an influential role in the community and establishes strategic alliances to foster the growth of both properties. In addition, the Managing Director drives relationships with key customers through personal involvement in the Sales Process.
