Job Description: WHAT AN OPPORTUNITY !!!!!  A North Atlantic Major Flagged hotel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Director of  Food and Beverage to lead their team to new heights. This hotel has 250+ rooms and over 30,000 square ft. of Meeting Space. The F&B Director will oversee 4 Food and Beverage outlets as well as the Catering Department. The Director of Catering at the property reports directly to the F& B Director. This property is looking for a creative, innovative and team - oriented leader who is a professional Food and Beverage Hotelier. We would like someone with a minimum of 4 years experience in Food & Beverage at a hotel or resort of similiar size and quality. A Candidate with a prior track record of success at a major flagged property is very important but not absolute. This is an Executive Committee position that comes with an excellent Medical and Dental program. The Bonus is paid annually.
