Job Description: We are seeking for our mid sized newly renovated Hotel a Director of Rooms who would move up to an Assistant General Manager position in the next year or two and to a General Manager position within 4 or 5 years. This Rooms Director would participate in the development of the short and long term financial and operational plans and goals of the hotel and will also be responsible for the achievement of the budgeted revenue to maximize profitability for the Rooms department .  We would like a Candidate to have a minimum of 2 years hotel management experience in Front Office operations and Rooms management. Must be a strong leader with proactive communication skills and have effective coaching and counseling skills to improve productivity and customer service scores.
