Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Director of Catering for a 5 star hotel in Los Angeles.  This isn't your typical DOC position.  We are looking for upscale and luxury experience and the ability to sell.  The DOC will be responsible for managing a staff of 3, selling to new clients, and ensuring the the highest of quality of service at all events.
