Job Description: This major flagged hotel is looking for a DOSM who can bring something different to the table . Our client is a hip, trendy, upscale, boutique hotel in Los Angeles that needs a DOSM to match. They would prefer 5 years of experience as a DOSM and additionally have experience in working with the entertainment industry. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales programs, hiring and training of qualified Sales Managers, and developing the Sales and Marketing initiatives.
