The Convention Services Manager reports directly to the Director of Catering and Convention Services and is responsible for coordinating all meetings and conventions including: consultation with representatives from the client group or organization specifying the details of food and beverage service and space requirements. Must be knowledgable about the particular customers needs and also the hotel's business flexibility to serve as a meetings consultant in order to produce win - win solutions for the hotel and for the customers.
