General Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated individual with at least a year of experience as a Limited Service General Manager. We will also discuss the opportunity with experienced Assistant General Manager candidates that are looking to move there career forward. Experience with the Holiday Inn brand is preferred.
This exciting position has overall responsibility for managing the total operations of the hotel to maximize profitability, ensuring superior service and product quality. Driving brand and value initiatives, hotel performance, and the development of staff.  
The key responsibilities include: to plan, organize and assign  work schedules and communicate goals. Ensure that product quality standards are met in all areas of the hotel as it relates to appearance, levels of maintenance and cleanliness. Establish and maintain preventative and maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the property.
The General Manager coordinates reservation and room assignments as well as train and direct the hotel's front desk staff. They ensure guests are treated courteously, complaints and problems that may arise are resolved and requests for special services are carried out.
The GM is responsible for personnel, day to day accounting and office administration.
